By accessing and using Mind Sure ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.
Mind Sure is a paid iPhone app available exclusively through the Apple App Store. It allows users to add tasks to a personal checklist and mark them as completed to help keep track of important actions. The App is intended for individual, personal use.
Mind Sure grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the App on your iPhone device for your private, non-commercial purposes. The App and its features may not be copied, modified, reverse engineered, or redistributed except as permitted by Apple's App Store policies.
Mind Sure is a paid app. Access to the App is provided on payment through the Apple App Store and renews annually, subject to your App Store subscription settings. The App can only be used on iPhone devices. There is no web version available.
Mind Sure does not require you to create an account or provide personal information. The App does not collect, store, or sell user data. No advertisements are shown within the App. Data entered into the App, such as task lists, remains stored locally on your device. Please note that device-level information may be processed by Apple in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Mind Sure reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective when posted within the App. Your continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
The App and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Mind Sure does not guarantee that the App will meet your needs or be error-free, and disclaims any liability for incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
In no event shall Mind Sure or mindsureapp.com be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
