All tasks and information users add to the App are stored locally on their device only. Mind Sure does not transmit user data to any servers or external parties.
The App does not use third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising tools. User data is never shared, sold, or used for targeted advertising.
Mind Sure is a paid app available through the Apple App Store. All purchases and subscription management are handled by Apple. Mind Sure does not access or retain any payment information.
Mind Sure does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. The App is designed for general use and does not require or encourage personal information entry.
We may update this policy to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be posted in the App and on mindsureapp.com.
